Fit and compatibility
Which Toast handheld do I have, the Go 2 or the Go 3?
The Toast Go 3 is the newer, larger handheld with a bigger display; the Go 2 is the compact one most restaurants deployed from 2021 onward. The model name is printed on the back of the device and shows in Toast's device settings. If you're unsure, text us a photo of the back of the handheld.
Does the case fit with a screen protector installed?
Yes. The screen protector sits inside the display area and the case wraps the body. They're designed to be used together.
Can I keep the case on while charging or running cards?
Yes. Every case has openings for the charging port, card reader, scanner and buttons.
Do you make protection for Square, Clover, SkyTab or other handhelds?
Not yet. Toast Go 2 and Go 3 are shipping today. Request your device on the devices page and you'll get samples first when it launches.
Shipping and orders
How fast do orders ship?
Orders ship from US warehouses within 1 business day. Most arrive in 2 to 5 business days. You get tracking by email the moment it leaves.
Is shipping free?
Yes on US orders over $100. Under that, shipping is a flat $6.95. Wholesale orders always ship free.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not from this site yet. Contact us for international wholesale orders.
How do I track an order?
Use the link in your confirmation email, or enter your order number and email on the track an order page.
Returns and warranty
What is the return policy?
Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@restaurantarmor.com with your order number to get a prepaid label. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
What does the warranty cover?
POS cases, screen protectors and holsters carry a 6-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If one fails in normal restaurant use, we replace it.
I received a damaged or wrong item.
Contact us right away with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right, usually by shipping a replacement the same day.
ADA signage
Are the restroom signs ADA compliant?
Yes. They use raised text, Grade 2 Braille and the standard accessibility symbols required for permanent room signage.
Where should I mount them?
On the wall on the latch side of the door, with the tactile characters between 48 and 60 inches from the floor. Wall mounting is the compliant default; mounting on the door itself is only allowed in specific cases.
Bulk and wholesale
How do I get bulk pricing?
Add 10 or more units and the discount applies in the cart automatically. For larger or mixed orders, samples, multi-address shipping or invoicing, use the wholesale page.
Can I get samples?
Yes, for multi-unit groups and dealers. Request them on the wholesale page.
