Toast Go 2 vs Go 3: choose accessories by model
The practical rule is simple: cases and tempered-glass protectors match one exact Toast handheld, while the Restaurant Armor holster works with either Toast Go model. Check the model before you buy so every opening, screen edge and carry option works through a full shift.
Cases: use the exact handheld match
The Toast Go 2 silicone case is molded around the Go 2 body, card reader, charging port and buttons. The Toast Go 3 silicone case has its own shape, reinforced corners and openings for the newer device. A case that is right for one is not a substitute for the other.
Screen protectors: match the display, too
Tempered glass needs the same exact-match approach. The Toast Go 2 screen protector and Toast Go 3 screen protector are separate 9H tempered-glass pieces. Each is designed to sit within its matching display area and work with the matching silicone case.
Holster: one carry option for both
The Toast Go holster is the shared accessory in the set. Its open-top nylon pouch fits either Go 2 or Go 3 with a Restaurant Armor case on, and gives each server a rotating belt clip and adjustable shoulder strap. That makes it useful for mixed fleets during a device transition.
A quick rollout check
- 1. Identify the model. Confirm whether each handheld is a Toast Go 2 or Toast Go 3 before ordering cases or glass.
- 2. Match the fitted pieces. Pair every model with its own case and screen protector.
- 3. Standardize carry. Use the shared holster when the team needs hands-free access between tables.
- 4. Order the fleet together. Volume pricing starts automatically at 10 units, with larger rollouts handled through wholesale.
