Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or listing errors, limit quantities, and cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot fulfil, with a full refund. Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of order. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

Volume pricing and promotions

Volume discounts apply automatically to eligible quantities in the cart and may change without notice. Promotion codes cannot be combined unless stated.

Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package. See the shipping policy.

Returns and warranty

Returns and warranty claims are governed by the returns policy.

Product use

Our products are accessories for third-party equipment. Toast, Square, Clover and other marks belong to their owners; Restaurant Armor is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Compatibility statements describe the devices each product is designed to fit. ADA signage is manufactured to meet the ADA Standards for Accessible Design; you are responsible for correct placement and any local code requirements.

Content and reviews

You may submit reviews and messages. By doing so you grant us a non-exclusive right to display them. We may remove content that is false, abusive or unrelated to the product.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Restaurant Armor is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including damage to a device our accessory was protecting. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
