This policy describes how Restaurant Armor ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase at https://restaurantarmor.com.

What we collect

• Order information: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and the products you buy. Payment details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Device information: browser, IP address, time zone and pages viewed, collected through cookies and privacy-friendly analytics, used to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.
• Messages: anything you send through the contact, wholesale, review or restock forms.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, answer your messages, screen orders for fraud, and, if you opt in, send occasional product news. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the store: Stripe (payments), Amazon (order fulfilment), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting) and Google (analytics, if enabled). Each only receives what it needs to do its job. We also share information when required by law.

Cookies

We use a cookie to remember your cart and a session cookie for the admin area. Analytics cookies, where used, are anonymous. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart will not work without them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing email, at any time by writing to hello@restaurantarmor.com. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. Contact form messages are deleted after two years.

Changes

We update this policy as the store changes and post the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
